realMOS Server Software Upgrade

Upgrade to Version 1.33

realMOS Server Software 1.33 incorporates a new feature that enables the CM series meters equipped with the VoIP+ Option to request a Dynamic QoS Service Flow. This feature allows the CM meter to establish the necessary QoS data flow to make VoIP+ MOS, Jitter, Latency and Lost Packet measurements with special provisioning and a special configuration file.

  • realMOS 1.33 is required with CM1000 firmware version 5.3 or CM500 version 4.3.
  • realMOS 1.33 is not backward compatible with CM1000 firmware version 5.2 (or previous versions) or CM500 version 4.1 (or previous versions).
  • The CM meters and realMOS server version should be updated at the same time.

This version of realMOS software requires a license. The program may be installed for trial use while obtaining your license and will run for 30 days without a license key. Click the “Bypass” key until you have the software license key. See the installation instructions for details.
