Sep 05, 2009 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Sunrise Telecom, a provider of test and measurement solutions for telecom, wireless and cable networks, announced that Bahaa Moukadam has joined the Sunrise Telecom board of directors effective as of Aug. 26, following his appointment as chief executive officer earlier this month.

Lyron Bentovim, chief operating officer and chief financial officer, resigned from the board effective the same date after the board reduced its size from six to five members in order to accommodate Moukadam's appointment, the company said.

Sunrise Telecom develops and delivers communications test and measurement solutions for today's telecom, cable and wireless networks.
