T1 Transmission Seminars

Part one of the T1 Seminar lasts about 7 minutes and Part 2 lasts about 9 minutes. These two seminars cover the fundamentals of T1 transmission and framing as well as testing T1 lines. T1 forms the basis for higher level transmission formats such as T3 and SONET. These seminars form a good basis for people wishing to learn the higher levels of transmission. If you want to move back or forth in the seminar you can use the slider control at the top of the window to move anywhere in the seminar.

To play the file locally open the file using your unzipping program and extract all the files to a new folder. Run your Real Player by using the Start menu and click file and open. Select the folder where you extracted the file and run View_Seminar.smi.
