Student Cancellation
-
There is a cancellation fee of 25% for cancellations
made between 21 and 14 days prior to the class date. Cancellations between
14 and 10 days prior to class date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds are given for cancellations under 10 calendar days in advance.

Sunrise Cancellation Policy
-
Sunrise Telecom, Incorporated reserves the
right to cancel classes up to 14 days prior to the scheduled class start
date. Students will be notified by email and phone as soon as a class
is determined to be cancelled. Students will be given the opportunity
to reschedule into other available classes, or arrange for a full refund.

Students are responsible for making their
own accommodation reservations and for all related charges. The following

Please make hotel reservations as soon as
possible - Silicon Valley hotels fill very quickly and it is often
difficult to find a place to stay.
Airports
-
If you are flying in, the nearest airport
is San Jose International Airport (SJC), which is about fifteen miles North
of hotels and our headquarters. Alternatively, San Francisco International
Airport (SFO) and Oakland (OAK) are located further North, and are
about 60 miles away. Traffic conditions are variable.
Attempting to fly in to SFO or OAK in the AM, and arriving at our headquarters
in time for class is not advised.

We are located at the Southern end of the
Santa Clara Valley (aka Silicon Valley) near the intersection of highways
101 and 85. Exit 101 or 85 at Bernal Road.

Directions to Sunrise Telecom, Incorporated
-
From San Jose International Airport (SJC) or San Francisco
International Airport (SFO), take Highway 101 South.
Exit at Bernal Road which is about 8 miles South of the 280/680 junction.
Turn left onto Bernal Road, and then left onto Rue Ferrari; when you see Enzo
Drive and the Sunrise Telecom sign, rather than following the road to the right,
keep going straight into the business complex, you will see Sunrise building on
the front right.

Meals

Meals are the responsibility of the students.
Suggestions and/or references are available upon request.
Attire
-
Attendees dress at a level somewhere between
casual and business casual. Although you will be meeting industry peers
during class, it is important that you are comfortable enough to
focus on class content. The climate in our area is moderate, but
it can get cold and rainy between about October and March.
